Weight Loss Diet Chart (DETOX PROGRAM)

The basic idea is, must drink min 10 glasses of water every day.

Day One
All Fruit Day (Except Banana), Consume lots of watermelons, No Banana and No Juices. Take Apple, Oranges, Pineapples etc.

Day Two
All Vegetables day, eat until stuffed with all the raw and cooked vegetables of your choice. No limit to amount or type. Avoid oils while cooking vegetables. Have large boiled potatoes for breakfast.

Day Three
Any mixture of fruits and vegetables of your choice. Any amount, no potatoes today and no bananas.

Day Four
Banana and milk. Eat as many as 8 Bananas and drink 3 glasses of milk. Can also have one bowl of vegetable soup.

Day Five
Feast Day for you sir, Eat one cup of rice with 6 whole tomatoes and drink 12 glasses minimum of water to clean internal system.

Day Six
Another all vegetable day, please eat one cup of Rice and all vegetables (cooked and uncooked), follow your heart.

Day Seven
Today take one cup Rice, Fruit Juice and vegetables you want to consume.

Do/Don’t-

The most important part of this program is 10 glasses of water per day.
If you want coffee, can have only black without sugar.

Supplements of Diet-

Soup- can be taken all the days.
Ingredients- 23Oz Water, 6 large onions, 3 whole tomatos, one cabbage, one bunch celery and add herbs and seasonings as required.
